Selection online was good and I found everything I was looking for. Called and talked to Nancy about a couple questions I had, and she was so cheerful despite the stress I am sure she is going thru as a small business owner now. Decided to drive up from Manitowoc rather than have my order shipped, both to get out of the house and save the shipping cost for the store. We were greeted by a bubbly Nancy who made us smile and we were glad we made the drive!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Had a minor problem with my membership and Nancy rectified the problem to my satisfaction.

I actually ordered on line and our order was shipped. I dealt directly with Nancy at the Green Bay store and she was excellent! We will continue to purchase our seed/feeders from that store.
