Nancy was extremely helpful and patient. I told her what I wanted and she had it in stock and had suggestions for other items. I explained squirrel and chipmunk problems and she gave me many options for solutions. I explained that a current feeder was broken and she told me about the lifetime warranty. And another brand feeder was letting my thistle seed get wet. Not only did she have a better feeder, but she also suggested a product to keep the seed dry. I will order online from her store, because she was so knowledgeable and helpful!
