First time customer. Found a blackbird free suet feeder. Nancy was so knowledgeable about all products. Best customer service I’ve had in along time.So friendly. I will be a repeat customer now.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing in our opinion is reasonable. Our visit to this store was pleasant and the staff didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We are very pleased and will be returning.

I had never been there before, and my knowledge of birds is minimal (my husband is the bird person). We were having problems with the blackbirds eating all of the bird food that we put out. The gal that helped was extremely knowledgeable and she really took her time explaining the types of blackbirds (grackles and starlings), the seed that is difficult for them to eat because of their beaks, she showed me pictures, told me when the blackbirds are here in Wisconsin, etc. She was patient while I typed everything into the note section in my phone so that I could explain everything that she said to my husband when I got home. She sent me home with a sheet telling me what seed each type of bird eats and a bag of bird seed that the birds are actually able to enjoy because the blackbirds have not eaten it all! I will definitely be back!

Sherri was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm new at "birding" and she got me all set up, and I couldn't be more pleased with her suggestions and the items I brought home.
