The staff can always answer my questions. The store follows CDC guidelines for COVID 19. I get the birds I want to attract when I use their products.

The store is so pleasant and the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I love the birthday 'gifts' my husband and I can stop in for:).

The sales person was very friendly and did a great job of communicating the benefits of membership. She was very knowledgeable about the products and cardinals and orioles. Again friendly and engaging, and didn't come across as a high pressure sales person.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Always friendly and patient. Every time I visit it’s like shopping with a friend who knows a lot about birds of course!
