The quality of the merchandise was obvious immediately. The staff (Linda) was very helpful, friendly and explained things well. We made a rather large initial purchase, but she kept up well, and pointed to the specials, deals, and club benefits. It was a very nice experience, we are hooked!

We have had bird feeders for a number of years but all were recently destroyed by a bear! So I was looking for products that might be a little sturdier than what we had previously--although I understand that what I bought might not withstand another bear attack. The staff were highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I left with a new pole, three feeders, and a membership!
