I received my merchandise in a very timely manner and received a 'welcome' bag of seed and the WB news booklet.

It is easy to order online and find what stock is available at my store. I appreciate that items are delivered personally by employees in contrast to a delivery service. My birds just love the food selections!

The Green Bay store has a very large selection of products available to choose from. The staff are professional and very friendly to talk with!!

The staff are very knowledgeable about birds and their products. They are also very friendly and we greet them by name. Our transaction went smoothly and one of the staff helped us carry the items to our vehicle.
