Friendly, helpful staff. A lot of really neat products. The seasonal items in right now for the holidays are fun.

I have been going to this store since it opened and have had a fantastic experience with service and quality of product. The bird food is always the freshest which brings the birds to MY feeders and you stand by the quality of your feeder's etc. If I have something break or have some sort of disfunction I get instant support and assistance in fixing or replacing that which might have broken.

The ladies are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Never fails that they treat me like family and make sure I'm happy with what I buy and also that I learn something new. Customer service is hard to come by today, but EVERYTIME I go here the customer service is outstanding. Its the only place I buy anything bird related, I also buy other things they have there like coffee, candles, etc.

I found a jigsaw puzzle I liked. I also was given a free five pound bag of bird food, as it was my birthday month. How nice!

I was not aware of a sale that was going on in store and was sent 2 free cylinders that qualified for the in store sale
