Every time I go in this store I get excellent customer service. I am always greeted right away and am asked if I need any help. It always feels like a personalalized shopping experience with how customers are treated.

The friendliness and “bird knowledge” of the staff are outstanding. And the products are good with a wide variety of choices - including the gift items! It’s a great place for birders to shop.
