We always get the attention and information we need while shopping there. Never had a problem.

I decided to upgrade my feeding system with a centralized pole and various attachments. The staff was very helpful in pointing out new attachments and what season they are best for and how to use them and what birds would appreciate the various attachments. (NOTE: excited about some new stuff that is interesting). The staff also helped me take all to my car as I recently had surgery and could not lift on my own. Service was MUCH appreciated.

I had problems putting a bird feeder together after receiving some replacement parts. I left feeder with sales person . She figured out I had a wrong piece and ordered the the right piece . Will pick up feeder after she has it assembled. Great customer service .
