Sherri was extremely helpful in answering my questions & assisting me with picking out 2 new feeders & pole setups.

The gentleman in store was friendly, helpful, curious and focused on making sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy. I told the clerk not to waste a bag that I could grab on the items and I would put in my bag when I got to the car. He told me that if I went and got my Wild Birds bag that I could get $1 off; I told him that was fine and it wasn't worth it to me.

The staff was very helpful with a question I had.

Although the item I ordered was not available, a great alternative was provided.

It's always nice to visit this WBU shop. I'm a 'regular' now, so I look forward to getting quality food for my bird and other animal friends. :)

Good quality and service

We were greeted promptly upon arrival, offered assistance, and then given space to explore the store. The amazing employee then checked back to see how we were doing and was extremely attentive. We were successful in selecting the perfect Father's Day gift for a great price! The sample of birdseed was an amazing addition to our purchase. We will for sure be back for our wild bird needs. Great store!
