We were unsure of what we wanted. The salesperson took the time to explain the differences in the feeders and suggested which would work best for us. She also explained in detail the support/feeder pole system.

The experience I have every time I go in is great. Staff very knowledgeable and the products are wonderful. All my neighbors wonder why I have so many beautiful birds around my feeders! Plus I love the selection of stands and hangers.

I was shopping for a bird bath. They had exactly what I wanted -- except that they were out of the stands! I asked the employee if she could sell me the demo, and without hesitation she offered it to me for 35% off. That brought it down to the price of making my own. So I was very pleased.
