Nancy, the store owner is always very helpful and friendly, as are the people in her employ. My only dissatisfaction is of her control. I had a coupon for feeders but purchased a weather shield and could not use the coupon. So I think your couponing is too limited. Accessories should have been part of the promotion

My membership was up and the gentleman helped me renew it and then assisted with picking out the bird seed that I was able to pick out. They also helped assist with picking out a new bird feeder for my mother in-law. I love shopping there and all of our bird feeders are from your place!! We love you and so do our birds.
