I live in Illinois and stop at this store on my way to and from family. I love the owners knowledge and willingness to help. The birds weren’t touching my feeders and she set me up with fresh food appropriate for the birds and now I’m flooded with birds coming to eat. I love it.

The knowledge of the customer service person was awesome. Not only about the products available but about birds in general. She took the time to answer so many of my questions.
