The employee who assisted us both in store, and at the checkout, was very personable. As a former first grade teacher, she was very engaging with my eight-year-old granddaughter. My granddaughter and I both enjoyed her, and spoke later in the day about how kind she was.

The staff at your Green Bay Wi store is exceptionally knowledgable. They are always proactive and bring a depth of knowledge and warmth that is rarely experienced. If your growth strategy includes building community, the Green Bay staff should be used to model your national training. In an age when most other retail workers barely make eye contact and act as if customer interaction is an imposition, your Green Bay team treats every client as a family member. There is no question too great or small for them to answer. I entered this store a complete newbie three years ago to buy seed for my dying father, so he would get more bird traffic (his main source of entertainment when he was homebound and immobile). Throughout the experience, your staff helped me learn how to tend to his beloved backyard friends, who he had fed for 40 years. After he died, your staff was compassionate while I asked far too many questions about getting my own backyard bird-ready. What you have is something special. Every one of them deserves $100 per hour or more bc they are kinder and more helpful than most of the doctors I met during the same time.
