Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the Only place I go to find bird food and other bird-related supplies.

I always enjoy my trips to WBU. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the quality of the products can't be beat, and my critters are happy. So I'm happy. :)

Upon walking into the store I was greeted with more bird related product than I’ve ever seen in a store. Not only were there a plethora of different bird feeders and feed but there were informational books, beautiful decor, and t-shirts in a nice variety of sizes. The staff was very friendly and my eight year old and husband loved the store too.

The experience at a WBU store is all about the staff. I could probably find my bird food supplies cheaper elsewhere but the staff are always friendly and helpful.
