I purchased a birdhouse and the staff were very helpful. The clerk was able to answer all of my questions and made some great suggestions. Another man working in the back of the store put hooks in the birdhouse so that it could be hung, per my request. He also carried my 20 LB purchase of birdseed to my car, which I really appreciated.

Nancy is always very helpful. If a product is not available she makes recommendations for substitutions to consider.
