I purchased a feeder with plug holes in it. The plugs were too big for the holes, so I called the store to voice my concerns. I was told to put the plug in the microwave; I did that. Then when I tried to put the plug into the hole, it crumbled in my hands. No birds have touched this feeder. The red pepper I got from you works very well. So far, this feeder sucks.
