The staff was friendly and asked me if I needed help right away. They not only offered 1 suggestion but several! I also appreciated the free plant for Mothers Day. :)

All associates at the Green Bay location on Saturday, May 11 around 10:00 am were fabulous. From offering us a free sample of bird seed, to a free plant for Mother's Day, to helping us find what we needed (and even helping amuse our 2.5 year old daughter) they were all fabulous!

We are BirdClub members and appreciate the bonus bags of seeds for my birthday. Puts your store above the rest.

Walking in the store is always met with a big hello and a smile. The staff is interested in your backyard experience and have suggestions to help attract a wide variety of birds to your feeders. I feel good every time I visit and leave with a smile!

I shop here on a regular basis and am always happy with the quality of the items I buy and enjoy the variety of what's available. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Always friendly, and willing to help however they can. It's fun to share pictures and videos of the birds I feed, and many times strike up conversations with other customers.... all that's missing is a coffee bar and time to share more. Where else can you go to share, have fun and still get what's needed for our feathered friends. I am a HAPPY Customer!

The bear broke part of my bird feeder pole. I love that I can just replace one of the extensions and not the whole pole.
