I would describe myself as a beginner bird enthusiast. We have a great outdoor space in our home, which includes a pond that attracts lots of wildlife. We also have a wooded area along the back edge of our property that attracts many birds. I wanted to set up a dedicated feeding area and Wild Birds Unlimited was highly recommended to me. The Lancaster store did not disappoint! We were helped by Sandy, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I purchased the Advanced Pole System, a tray feeder, and a tube feeder dedicated to finches. I also chose a suet cage and woodpecker suet as a free gift. Within a day, we have attracted so many new bird friends! We’ve seen a few varieties of finches, wrens, chickadees, and even some woodpeckers! I love to sit on our porch and watch the birds. I would highly recommend this store to bird enthusiasts of any skill level!

Great store even though that location has higher prices than other WBU’s. People are always very friendly and helpful.. Been shopping there since they opened at that location.

The store has what I need. I prefer supporting small businesses. The staff ask if I need any help. (Try to find a staff person in a large store when needing help!) When checking out the clerk is friendly.
