Very knowledgeable. Melissa at your Lancaster store was excellent. She listened to my “challenges” and came up with solutions. I bought a whole new feeder system (The Eliminator) and fresh seed. I’m very happy.

Staff very welcoming and offered handout on introducing a new bird feeder.

The staff members were friendly and engaged in conversation with me. We compared notes on the birds we've been seeing and on experiences with various feeders. As usual, one of them offered to carry the heaviest item to my car.
