There were 3 shoppers in the store and one employee who was friendly but very slow on the check out. She also was not very helpful when asked about seed purchases for different specific birds

Your cost is expensive. Can get same quality for1/2 the price all the time.so probably will not buy much more unless I can’t get it somewhere else. Also your promotional stuff is terrible!!!!! You can only get 1 item . When other stores have a promo you can get as much as you want and not worth coming in for!!!!

My friend went in and purchased a cylinder for my suet feeder. The sales person said she looked it up and this was what I bought however, it is not the one I bought it doesn’t even fit in the cylinder that I own. I don’t really understand how she could’ve looked it up. I’ve never purchased that type of cylinder because it is too large. I have a photo if I’m able I will attach it. It is too large to fit in my cylinder which does not have a hole and looks like a log. I will have to return it but I am not in Lancaster for a couple of weeks.

acted like my granddaughters ages 4 and 6 were going to destroy the store almost as soon as we walked in. I don’t want to pay high prices for twenty bags of food. I purchase 50 pound bags at less of a price at your competitor. I don’t want to buy a membership. Your competitor doesn’t sell memberships. Not impressed with your franchise…

It took me less than 1 minute to select my purchase (2 bags of Choice Blend). It took 10 minutes to check out! There were multiple entries required for my items, for my renewal of membership process, for the input of my Bird Bucks and the use of my Birthday Coupon. When the clerk said "Oops" I cringed, knowing that a wrong entry had been made and there were multiple steps required to correct it. It is insane that it takes as long as it does. Ringing something up that is "free" and then having to void it?? What's with that?

I am saddened by the policy of mandatory masks. I have spoken to your employees about this, but have the impression that they are not able to change the policy. I am more than happy to show you a number of studies questioning the effectiveness of masks. I would suggest that since most people are either vaccinated or have natural immunity from having covid, you allow your customers the freedom to wear a mask or not. I really like your store and the staff, but the mandatory masks make me want to avoid your store. It is not the pleasant shopping experience I have grown to expect from your store.

I felt the sales person was rushing me which I had at least 45 min before they closed. She was annoyed when I took the feeders off the wall to look at it. She kept saying she'll do it. I really felt like I was bothering her.
