I was confused why I was locked out of the store and then was disappointed that I had to wear a mask when inside the store. This dissatisfaction is about WBU’s policy, not the clerk who was very gracious and knowledgeable.

I spent quite a lot of money on purchasing some new products recently but was not told there would be a sale along with double points that following week. It would have felt more of a "customer first" approach if I had been told or at least my purchase would have been honored for the sale if I brought my receipt in, since my purchase was only a week prior. I also, recently found a WBU with prices that were substantially ($10-30 less on exact same houses/feeders/food) less then the prices at my home store. This felt quite disappointing to see as well.

I was MADE to wear a mask. The mandate was lifted and still MADE to wear a mask or I couldn’t come in. Too much fear here.

High pressure sales "Karen." I think her name was Mary. Kind of put a damper on the overall wild birds unlimited experience. Wish the older gentleman was there who I usually run into and is a little more amicable. Oh well.

You are taking this COVID-19 business too far. Time to loosen up. You are the only store I know of that operates so strictly and I’m tired of it. I‘lol go someplace else.
