You have excellent products. Both feed and bird feeding implements are truly the best. However, while It is not your personal fault, I know, Wild Birds Unlimited prices take the 'joy' away from backyard feeders. Your $105 pole feeder is probably the best out there. The $40 unit from Amazon does the job, also. While I will continue to shop at WBU for things from time to time, I simply cannot afford you.

Prices were little to high for my budget

I was highly satisfied.

The sign that says you want us to wear masks is alittle annoying. If people want to wear masks, no big deal, but don’t make people feel not welcomed if they don’t want to wear a mask. Also the large bag of mealy worms was not available.

Things seem a bit pricey.

The products are very expensive. We need to plan and budget for future purchases.

Just a slight issue at checkout. Slowed the process down, but was resolved with assistance.

My email had been removed from the list so I missed out on about 2 months of specials.

I had been treated rudely by the same person on two separate occasions about a year ago and had decided to use another facility. Before that experience I was highly satisfied. I am a little leery to return due to how rudely and unprofessionally I was treated. My experience this last time has made me consider returning.
