Our neighbor who lived next to us unfortunately had to move to a personal care facility and offered us her birdhouse and we took it. Knowing very little about birds etc we decide to go to Wild Birds Unlimited Nature shop near us and we decided to get a bird feeder and bird food as well. We talked over our situation with a "Mary" at the store and she was very helpful in educating us and giving us very helpful information. Her suggestion as to a bird feeder as well as a hummingbird feeder was great. Because of her, we returned to the store to by our daughter a hummingbird feeder for Xmas. Very pleased with our experience and will be back.

Quality of product, and price

I go pretty often and always get a warm welcome and plenty of good service. I feel like the staff, including owners, are friends. They are always friendly, no matter how talkative I can be. I get advice when I ask for it, patiently and completely.

I bought what was advertised and there was good customer service. I also used my bird bucks.
