Kind and knowledgeable person working at the store, and I loved the parrot. The store was clean and well stocked with the items I wanted and also found some interesting stocking stuffers at the store!

First, when I arrived, I found the store locked with a sign indicating a need for masks to be on and properly worn. Given my high risk family members, I appreciated this gesture towards safety for themselves and others. When I was allowed into the store, the individual I spoke with was highly knowledgeable about his product and was able to help me troubleshoot some issues I was having with some of my feeders. He was not pushy, and was extremely friendly throughout my visit in store and purchase of items.

WBU is the best local resource for one of my favorite hobbies, feeding and observing birds in my backyard. The quality of the products available is far and above other big box retailers. The bird feeders houses and stands have held up for years, I was there to buy another pole stand for another location on the property. During these past two years when things have been tough for everyone WBU has made it possible to come to their stores and feel safe inside the store and I'm so thankful they are continuing to help out with curbside pick up, limiting customer volume and mask wearing for their safety and mine. I will continue to stop in for supplies as needed. Thank you WBU

The knowledge and friendliness of the store team members was outstanding. Product is high quality. It is nice to be able to go into the store to see the quality of the product to validate the amount to be paid for the item.

The owners and employees are friends with like interests and eagerness to help me get what I need. I very much enjoy going to the store and would go even more often if my budget were bigger.

WBU consistently has what we need for our backyard birding needs. We primarily shop here for the bird food.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The merchandise is high quality. I expected the shop items to be more expensive than they were last year due to the US importing issues, so I was not surprised. Although prices were not as high as I thought they might be.
