Every staff member in that store has been nothing short of fantastic since I've started shopping there. They all show knowledge of the birds in our area and appropriate foods and methods for discouraging birds (grackles) from becoming becoming regulars to our feeders.

During checkout I noted to myself how naturally friendly the person was who helped me out.

The staff knows the different sorts of bird seed well. I had been getting a no-mess blend with cranberries, which the birds were kicking out of the dish. So I was looking for a no-mess mix w/o cranberries. The store has at least two, and the staff recommended one, which has been great. ALSO: The store has required masks and limited the # of people in the store throughout the pandemic, which I greatly appreciate. I know I'm safe and the staff is safe when I go inside. I remarked to a staff member that I bet they are glad they never dropped the mask policy, now that Omicron has arrived. She said they were but had rec'd some complaints. I appreciate their efforts to keep everyone safe and wish all stores had this policy.

I'm so upset I cannot recall the woman's name who helped me. She was amazing. This was my first visit to the store and the service was so excellent, I won't hesitate to come back as we need things. She helped me select a kid-friendly, beginner-style, bird feeder and seed. Also recommended a scoop - THANK YOU I had no idea how messy a six-year-old can be filling a bird feeder. My son said this was his favorite Christmas gift. He asked to put it right outside a window we spend lots of time in front of so he can watch the birds. Thank you so much for the help and thoughtfulness that went into walking me through the process!!
