Although many items are pricier than other stores and online shops, we like the quality of the bird food and the ability to earn bird bucks. It would be great if there was an app to keep track of your bird bucks. Having them just electronic and on a random receipt that you're not used to keeping isn't great. We don't like that now that there is a new system that the bird bucks expire in six months. Why not make it a year?

plenty of product to choose from. Person helping very good and answered all questions. Gave us different options to select from and put us on right track to make our purchase. Overall, very good experience.
