This was My first purchase of a bird feeder. Everything was explained, what I needed and why. I was treated like a customer they wanted to come back. I wasn’t just the next sale.

Salesperson was friendly, asked us questions to identify our needs. She called another salesperson when she needed confirmation about a product. We made a purchase about 3 years ago and the equipment has provided excellent service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, I like the products in stock.

Your staff is awesome! I bring my puppy Miss Annie every time I visit your store. She feels at home and everyone interacts with her snd she loves it there.

Great selection of items. New notecards with birds ( I saw hummingbirds) was another nice addition to your selection of cards.

Both staff members working that day were very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the pole feeding system, which is what I was interested in. My husband and I were greeted immediately upon entering the store and given much good info. about the item(s) we purchased. We were given many possible options but not pressured at all, which was awesome!

She helped us select a feeder, the correct food and a guide book to help us identify our birds. Melissa is wonderful to work with and is to be commended.
