The owners and staff were friendly and knowledgeable, provided information to me about birds and products, but also gave me the space and time to browse and consider my purchases without hovering or doing anything to make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Working in retail myself, I know the fine line between helpful and bothersome. These folks were great.
