A lesson leearned about bird feeders I am changing this post to remove my complaint and compliment the Wild Birds Store in Arlington. The owner contacted me this morning and explained that as new owners they were unaware about how birds reacted to the color of white. She said she had verified my statement about white scaring birds, apologized and offered me another feeder. She was very nice and I told her I’m happy to paint the feeder and regard the experience as a lesson learned. She was definitely a class act. #wildbirdsunlimited

You had the seed I needed in stock. It’s pricey stuff but the birds dig it. From all over they come. Fun fact— the clerk had his hand on the stack of bags I preferred just as I walked in. When he asked, ‘can I help you with anything?’ I replied, ‘yeah, I’ll take one of those 20lb bags you got yer hand on ther’
