Cost… Chimes, Bird houses, merchandise in general are expensive

No real reason. It is hard for me to stand and shop due to disabilities....so I was not there very long.

I rarely rate anyone or anything that high unless the issue is above and beyond normal.

I placed the order ahead online. Pick up was confirmed at 11:00. When I arrived later that that time, the store had no record of the order. The problem was with the website for this store only. Also the humming bird feeder is attracting no hummers. They are coming to plants in the same area.

Items are high priced

I was disappointed because they didn't have the specific item I was looking for. I wanted a decorative wine glass. I had seen one there before, but the employee explained to me that it was just for decoration. Apparently too fragile?? They always have all the bird food supplies I need.

Takes a lot to get that type of a review from me. The service MUST be top notch.

When I did not receive my shipment, I called the store and spoke with a very nice man who said my order had gone out. The next day, a woman called and said my order was delivered to another customer. In the meantime, I had to go to Walmart to buy seed to carry me over, because you know my poor birds have forgotten to forage on their own. :)

The bird seed I bought had moths fly out after I had tipped into a container - otherwise I would have returned it. The guy working there doesn’t seem to know much.

First time in this store. I was followed around the store even though I told them that I just wanted to look around to maybe spend me Christmas money.
