Maria and her staff are wonderful! Maria is so knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional! She makes sure our WBU experience is always exceptional in every way! Whether we order over the phone or visit in person (the store is always bright and beautifully displayed) we feel Maria and her staff are always available to help us!

This was our first time to visit Wild Birds Unlimited. The salesperson Craig made our experience a complete delight and fun experience - despite how much we spent! His knowledge and expertise in addition to his sheer joy of what he does was a blessing to our day. We talked about how much fun we had and how enjoyable it was and we thank him for the experience.

The owner and staff are very congenial and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and provide helpful information on birds in our area, their habits and seasonal feed. It seems I always learn something when I stop to shop there. And the store has a cozy feel that invites a person to linger and consider all the ways to attract and feed birds.

Home warming environment

The minute I walked into this store I saw so many things I wanted for my daughters and myself. I thought I came to the store to buy a bag of seeds! LOL! Thanks to Maria I learned that your store gift wraps (beautiful), will pack for shipment with FedEx which will pickup at the store (I am on a walker and was dreading to have to make another stop)! Maria is a fantastic sales lady as she know the merchandise and services!!

The staff is wonderful. I lived in Arlington and shopped at WBU for five years then moved to Arkansas two years ago and still order from the Arlington store. I have shopped for my birding needs from WBU for over 25 years and will always get my supplies from WBU. The seed is the best quality I have ever used. The suet is the best ever and I use a bunch here in AR because I have so many woodpeckers including the wonderful Pileated. Good job WBU staff.
