I've been shopping with you a few years now and have always had a good experience. My favorite 'newish' additions are the 25lb peanut option and home delivery, often the day following my order. It doesn't get much better than that! All associates are a pleasure to work with, but Maria recognizes my voice when I call and knows exactly what I want. She also shares relevant trips/tricks when I have questions. I appreciate her knowledge, and feel like a valued customer.

The manager, Maria Panagopoulos, was very helpful and friendly. She listened to some of my stories too. Maria shared a lot of info with us about birding. In fact, we later in the day visited Village Creek Drying Beds. What a wonderful experience there feeling peace on Earth and photographing a Barred Owl and a Yellow-crowned Night Heron from the passenger seat. The wildflowers were beautiful too!! My husband and I plan to return to VCDB before we fly back to Ohio later this month. Ginny Myers

One of the things I wanted was a special that had sold out, but the cashier(can’t remember her name) checked and said more were coming. I paid for it and got a call when it came in.
