The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love looking at the beautiful merchandise and shopping for gifts for friends at the same time that I visit the store to get bird food (mainly the cylinders) and sometime other things for my yard.

A lesson leearned about bird feeders I am changing this post to remove my complaint and compliment the Wild Birds Store in Arlington. The owner contacted me this morning and explained that as new owners they were unaware about how birds reacted to the color of white. She said she had verified my statement about white scaring birds, apologized and offered me another feeder. She was very nice and I told her I’m happy to paint the feeder and regard the experience as a lesson learned. She was definitely a class act. #wildbirdsunlimited
