The quality of bird food is what I prefer from other places who sell bird food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Brooks, one of the staff, is very knowledgeable, willing to listen to your questions and offer solutions. She has been one of the staff who has worked there several years. It’s comforting to see her smiling face when I shop there because she knows what I shop for.

The lady that helped me said she had only been there about 1 week, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. She also helped me find what I needed and showed me other things she thought I might be interested in. I ended up buying something unexpected as a result.

Wild Birds Unlimited has a great selection to choose from. They also have unique items that are so fun to browse through. My mom and I visit frequently and highly recommend this shop for anyone who loves birds and the outdoors.
