They are always helpful and friendly. They always have exactly what I want. They are close by so that makes them very convenient. All our birds and squirrels love it.

It was a cold day and I found the store well stocked and cheerful. I love to shop for my own bird care necessities AND get gift ideas for others in my family who love birds! I purchased a value priced item, but I will be back soon to purchase other items as gifts. I always feel welcome and get helpful suggestions and information. Keep up the good work!!

Everything you could want to enjoy feeding birds is available here, and we've purchased seed, feeders, baffles, a birdbath, and miscellaneous items over the 3 years we've been using this store. I was a customer of WBU in Pennsylvania before I moved and thrilled to learn there is a WBU near my new home. The selection is top notch as well as the quality of feeders, feed, and customer service.

I mentioned an issue I had with a product at the store I had purchased and was hoping that I would be offered a replacement, but was not offered. I’m guessing because I didn’t have my receipt.

My package of cylinder bird seed was left on my porch in an open box. We were not home when it was delivered and the squirrels got into 2 of the cylinders. Will not do delivery again!

I absolutely love this store! The gentleman Brian was helpful to me. I only wish was that when I was asking questions about Starlings, he would have been a little more helpful.
