The process was easy and quick. They were prompt to send me an email when my order was ready. Eventhough I was a day late picking it up. It was near by and they didn't have to go hunting for it. Very curious as always.

I really like the store and its owners. I have shopped in this store for about 3 years, since I was referred to it by a friend. The store is pleasant, nicely arranged and they always have what I am looking for and the answers to my questions. I plan to continue shopping here for most of my bird-related items.
