Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Unless I want to do a little "window-gift" shopping, all I need to do is tell a staff member what I need and what size/quantity and he or she will get it for me, ring it up and carry it to my vehicle. How easy is that!

We appreciate that every time we go into the store, we're greeted and asked about what we need that visit. We also love that the products that we need are always in stock and absolutely love the furbabies in the store.

The staff is always polite and friendly. They even carried the seed out to the car for us. We love shopping at this store!

Quick and accurate!

Received a friendly greeting when I entered and immediately was offered assistance. My merchandise was carried to the countered. When I looked at another feeder, the fellow joined me and answered all my questions honestly. I purchased my seed and he kindly carried the bag to my car. I always have kind and excellent service at this store. And it's always calming inside. I enjoy my visit.
