We've always been able to receive a great product from the store that the birds seem to love. Customer service is superb.

Two employees were beyond helpful. They gift wrapped my mother-in-law’s present and helped load the items into my car. We also received a Christmas bird seed packet that our children loved putting out on Christmas morning for good luck. Can’t wait to go back!

The owners are very knowledgeable about their products and care about their customers. The high quality of the products doesn’t hurt.

I love shopping at the Canton, MI store on Ford Road. The store is so beautiful, has a great selection of unique items and the staff is my favorite part of my experience. They are so kind and helpful, that is why I come back.

Brian and Michelle are awesome! They always are in the ready with answers to any and all of our feeding questions/problems! The food is the best (according to the birds and squirrels in my back yard!).

Staff is friendly and attentive. The owner has a vast knowledge of bird feeding.

Having their rescue dog in the store and the wonderful garden outside creating an "urban oasis" added join and a sense of the owner's commitment to the outdoors.
