Staffs product knowledge and the friendly helpful service. I found it refreshing to have been greeted upon entering store. Store clean including checkout. You got birdbath sale due to employee knowling that product had just arrived and got it for Me.

What can I say, my favorite store! Love the merchandise, too much to choose from. They have a very good selection of items for backyard bird feeding to gift giving.

The staff are always so pleasant and knowledgeable, the store always well stocked. I don't like shopping and order groceries, clothing etc online, but this store is my "happy place", shopping there is always a joy.

A part was needed for the suet feeder. The worker tried some that were in stock but had to order the hanger strap that was needed. It’s so nice that parts are available so I don’t have to buy replacements very time.

I placed my online order and literally received it on my porch the very next day! Everything I ordered was in the box and in great condition. I even received a bonus gift for renewing my membership. I absolutely love Wild Birds Unlimited in Novi!!
