It’s the best Bird store around. The store is always fully stocked with the best products for the birds. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable and helpful.

This rating is 100% because of the employee who helped me, his name was Kevin. He was SO helpful, nice, greeted me when I walked in even though he was ringing someone out. He asked if I needed help, I did! He knew his stuff and we talked birds and I went home with a smile on my face. In fact I saw a bird I've never seen on my walk two days ago, I'll be calling to see if he's working before I go back in. I'd like to talk to him about what it was and eats so I can get the right set up outside to try to attract them! Give that man a raise and a Starbucks gift card because he is a GEM and a wealth of information!

Staff: friendly, courteous to several customers simultaneously, yet focussed on our needs. expertise helpful, good advice, not pushy, not too busy to chat about merchandise. Cleanliness, store layout excellent, welcoming. Displays attractive, well placed. Encouraged "roaming around" looking at goods, but without undue pressure. Special visuals- such as a closed-circuit of a "live" bird-feeder site off campus.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Offered suggestions and additional ideas.
