Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is clean and not cluttered. Merchandise is always available.

Have always loved WBU. Shopped in Albuquerque for years and when we moved to Phoenix, even thou this store is rather far from Laveen, I still make it out there because the bird products are fresh and do not have moths in the bags like the big box stores.

Team was very knowledgeable and helped me find the product I was looking for.

I brought in a year old feeder that had a broken part. The staff took a look at it and repaired it free of charge, even though I was willing to pay for any repairs. Staff is great and our wild birds love the feed from the store!
