staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question about a bird at my feeder and it was answered for me plus asked what kind of seed/food to buy to attract more birds. Answered as well.

Staff is great. They always have answers to my questions not just about products but all birding questions. I learn something new almost every time I go.

Love the store, the layout, the variety of products and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I live 5 hours from Winnipeg so your store is always on my list of stops when we come to the city. I only wish you could find a way to get the cost of shipping down so that I may order between visits. It is very costly at this time.

Your representative was knowledgeable about local birds and your products, friendly, courteous and pleasant. He understood our needs, recommended appropriate options, with which we (and our birds) are happy, made check out easy and helped us carry our purchases to our car. All round good experience.
