This is the second time I have ordered the hot pepper bark nuggets they are dark brown an the birds will not eat them!

I have been using your store for more than 3 years, but this was the first time when I was so much disappointed. The package was thrown away in the bush at the middle of the slope of my home driveway. Therefore, none of my family has recognized it was delivered. Terrible experience. You should double-check the quality and compliance of your delivery service.
