I am able to speak with Jenny, Jeanifer, Sydney and Richard personally. They always greet meet and make me feel welcome. I also discuss bird issues with them and receive good advice.

Knowledgable and very friendly staff, excellent selection of products, wish the prices were a lille less for my fixed income, but I always feel I’m getting the right value for my money.

My salesperson was very helpful with informing me of the type of wild bird seed I should be using during this season. In addition, she enrolled me in the membership program and provided me with a new member package with lots of valuable items contained within it. She took the time to explain all the items in the package. She also assisted me with my purchase and with carrying some of my items to my car.
