Not staff fault, more Covid19 fault. Called store phone from my car when I arrived and left message. Took 15 minutes to get my order. Finally had to shout out to another customer at store door who told employee i was waiting. Not a big deal, love the store and products and this is only time I have had to wait so long. Suggest that, other than store phone, give customers an online option to alert staff we are there to pick up.

We ordered 2 large bags of birdseed and other items. The box was overstuffed and the whole side split open with one of the birdseed bags falling partially out of the box. I felt sad for the driver as it was too heavy and hard to handle with the broken box.

Item would not keep a raccoon from the feeder. Not big enough. It will need to be returned.
