there was a problem with my address on the on-line form, so delivery was delayed. I think I've fixed the problem for future orders.

I had bird bucks coupons that were expiring and I wasn't informed of that. I could have saved $10 off my purchase that day. I spent over $100 and it would have been nice to know I had accumulated rewards. She did tell me I got more bird bucks with that new purchase, but that wasn't helpful at the moment.

I wanted to order for delivery but couldn't use my recently received coupons except in the store. It was inconvenient to have to go to the store to use the coupon.

I miss the Sunkist Fruit gems!! I have no willpower to speak of so I can’t buy myself a bag and it’s delightful to come in once a month or so and get one or two of those yummy treats.

Employee at store said "We're open; you can come in." I asked him if he wanted to see my handicap tag and he said "Oh, that's ok, I'll bring it out."

Highly satisfied is search a over the top description. But I change my experience to yes highly satisfied. I remembered I brought in a feeder that was old and needed a new Cylinder. And the gentleman was polite. And suggested on a new one.but told me about your guarantee on future feeders. Nice to know that information.
