As always, staff is welcoming and easy to ask questions of. I love how much they obviously love sharing knowledge about the topic of birds and bird feeding with others.

The owners and employees are always friendly. They have interesting classes and special presentations. They run specials so that you can make those hard-to-afford purchases just a little more easily.

The owners, Alicia and Chuck, are very knowledgeable. They know their customers personal needs because they pay attention and care. When I left the store my grandson, who was with me, asked if Alicia is a friend of mine.

The personal attention and friendliness are great. I also love the dogs in the store and the videos of your backyard birds.
