My kids love the store, the staff and their dogs make the experience top notch. Always helpful and friendly and very patient with our lack of knowledge regarding feeding birds.

The first time I came there, I was guided to purchase the hot (spicy) bird food so that the squirrels wouldn't keep eating it. Our birds loved it and the squirrels left it alone so even though it was more pricey, it lasted a lot longer. I came back this second time and knew exactly what to get. The store clerk was helping another customer and I found him to be very knowledgeable and sincere with her. He then quickly checked me out and asked if he could help me in any other way. Very helpful and friendly customer service both times now!

I am new to bird feeding and had several questions. The store manager took all the time needed to help me consider feeder and feed options. He made suggestions about products I can use or purchase in the future and explained the store’s membership program. Joining saved me money on the spot and my purchases were great.
