The questions I rated as neither satisfied or dissatisfied were rated that way because I did not go into the store, so was not able to evaluate those questions.

Friendly knowledgeable staff fine supply of seeds, etc. along with feeders & assortment Of items a person interested in birds enjoys browsing.

The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable! I used their curbside pickup recently and it was super easy to figure out, I appreciated the sign out front with the phone number to call. I bought the bark butter for the first time and have already seen a great number of new bird visitors to our backyard :)

With the covid-19 virus, I was able to call ahead and place my order over the phone. Then when I drove up I had curb side service

I had called the day before and She already had my seed to the side to make sure i could pick up the last day the store was open before closing due to COVID 19. Very friendly and dogs don’t growl at you.

There was a great selection of merchandise. My delivery was unbelievably quick. The seed was high quality.

Placed an online order - owner called back shortly to let me know one product was out of stock, and discuss an alternate. Personally delivered the order that day (Sunday). Because of social distancing, dropped off on my porch and then called again to ensure I saw it so it would not get rained on. Especially now while working from home, it's great to be able to see all the birds with my new birdfeeders and seed!

Products were delivered to my house within a very few minutes. What great service! -Helen

Chuck and Alicia are great store owners. They are friendly, helpful, and know everything about birds. On this visit I ordered ahead and as soon as I arrived, Alicia brought my birdseed to the car and loaded it in for me. I usually love going in and browsing but this time I browsed on line! Will be glad when the COVID-19 pandemic has been vanquished and I can return to their store.
